About The Role We're looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to help build the foundation that powers VSCO's products and internal developer experience. You'll join a small but impactful team responsible for reliability, scalability, and operational excellence. From shaping our AWS environment to building tooling that makes engineers more effective, your work will have a direct impact on VSCO's ability to move fast while staying stable. You thrive on solving tough infrastructure problems, designing elegant automation, and improving systems that scale. The day-to-day * Be responsible for infrastructure stability and uptime * Develop and improve internal tools for automation * Build next-generation operations on AWS with tools like Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes * Collaborate with engineering teams to design, implement and improve our infrastructure and tools * Participate in our on-call rotation responding to production issues * Work closely with other teams to design and maintain backend services and systems. * Partner with Product Management, Design, and Engineering teams to support product initiatives. Compensation The base salary for this position will vary based on several factors, such as relevant experience, location and your approved internal leveling assessed during the interview process. The base salary range for this role is $172,000 - $185,000. Salary is one component of our total compensation package. This position also qualifies for equity (i.e. stock options) and is eligible for discretionary bonuses based on performance. The benefits available for this position include flexible time off, a 401K retirement plan, insurance (medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, short and long term disability), and 11 paid holidays.
