We’re looking for a talented Engineer to join our team and play a key role in developing the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for our creator shortlisting and campaign management tool.

About the Role:

As an Engineer, you’ll work alongside our product team and external partners to bring our vision to life. You’ll be instrumental in building the core features of our product.

Key Responsibilities:

• MVP Development: Build and implement features.
• Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers and designers to transform wireframes and mockups into functional code.
• Backend & Frontend Development: Contribute to both backend systems and frontend interfaces to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Data Integration: Help integrate AI-driven insights and data to improve creator discovery and campaign tracking.
• Scalability: Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code to support future iterations of the product.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges to ensure timely delivery of the MVP.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years in software engineering, with experience developing web applications or MVPs.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in backend and frontend technologies (e.g., Python, JavaScript, React, Vue, or similar frameworks).
• Experience with APIs and database management.
• AI Interest: Basic understanding of AI/ML tools or enthusiasm for integrating AI into products.
• Creator Economy Enthusiasm: A strong interest in the creator economy, including platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Team Player: Excellent collaboration skills with a focus on delivering results in a team environment.
• Startup Mindset: Comfortable in a dynamic environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
