What You’ll Tackle

• Ship end-to-end features across the stack—craft APIs, build slick UIs, and optimise performance.
• Explore and implement AI-driven capabilities (think smart agents, generative features, and data-powered insights).
• Lead technical design discussions, conduct code reviews, and guard our engineering standards.
• Mentor teammates, champion best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Hunt down performance bottlenecks, own incidents, and drive lasting fixes.
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional software-engineering experience with production systems.
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript or Python (expert in one, conversational in the other).
• Strong frontend fundamentals—semantic HTML, modern CSS, performance tuning, accessibility.
• Proven delivery with React, Next.js, or a comparable modern JavaScript framework.
• Demonstrated problem-solving chops: break down fuzzy requirements into clear, actionable work.
• Clear, concise communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• High ownership mindset—you take responsibility from concept to production and beyond.
• On-site role: must live within a commutable distance of Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
  

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

1. Modern state-management expertise (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, TanStack Query, etc.).
2. Docker fluency and cloud deployment experience on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
3. Habitual use of automated testing frameworks—Jest/React Testing Library and Cypress/Playwright.
4. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and basic observability tools (Sentry, Prometheus, Grafana).
5. Solid grasp of SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) with an ORM such as Prisma, TypeORM, or SQLAlchemy.
