Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (JavaScript – React, Angular, Node.js)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in JavaScript development, particularly using React, Angular, and Node.js. This is a full-stack role that includes application architecture, technical leadership, and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full-Stack Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable applications using React, Angular, and Node.js.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability across the stack.

2. Technical Leadership & Mentorship:

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and best coding practices.

3. Application Expertise:

• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the full application stack.
• Understand system interdependencies and implications of design decisions.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver high-impact features.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical teams.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3–5 years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on JavaScript.
• Technical Proficiency:
• In-depth knowledge of React, Angular, and Node.js
• Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Soft Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven experience mentoring and leading team members
• Problem-Solving:
• Excellent analytical and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
