Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented AEM Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development, with a strong understanding of web technologies, content management systems, and front-end development. The AEM Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement AEM solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows based on business requirements and best practices.
2. Significant hands-on experience with AEM and very strong concepts of OSGI, Apache Sling, Sightly, Clientlibs, Java Content Repository(API), Apache Oak and Dispatcher.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and provide technical expertise throughout the development lifecycle.
4. Customize and extend AEM functionality through the development of OSGi bundles, services, and servlets.
5. Integrate AEM with other enterprise systems, including CRMs, ERPs, and third-party APIs.
6. Optimize performance and ensure scalability of AEM applications through code refactoring, caching strategies, and performance tuning.
7. Has implemented Quality Processes for projects line Continuous Integration(Bamboo/Jenkins), SonarQube, code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure code quality and reliability.
8. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in AEM development and web technologies.
9. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers as needed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in AEM development, with proficiency in Java, JSP and HTML/CSS.
3. Strong understanding of AEM architecture, including Sling, OSGi, and JCR.
4. Experience with front-end development frameworks such as AngularJS, React, or Vue.js.
5. Hands-on experience with AEM Core Components, Sightly, and HTL.
6. Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
10. AEM cloud migration experience is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Adobe Experience Manager certification(s).
2. Experience with Agile development methodologies.
3. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
4. Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo.
