Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in C#, MS SQL, and CSS
• Proven experience with:

Web development (Angular or similar front-end frameworks)

Entity Framework / EF Core

ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core for building robust APIs and web applications

• Strong understanding of the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with systematic software development methodologies

Professional Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack .NET development
• Experience leading or mentoring developers and conducting code reviews
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience making architectural decisions and implementing scalable solutions
• Comfortable with debugging, profiling and performance tuning
• Experience prior involvement in a GIS project, as it is considered an advantage.

• Cloud experience (e.g., Azure App Services, Azure SQL) is a plus
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or other DevOps practices
• Experience working with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) platforms/tools
