Role Summary

We’re hiring an experienced MERN Stack Developer to lead the development of modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the MERN stack and proven experience in building scalable, high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Implement responsive UI/UX designs with React.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and bugs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• 5–9 years of experience with MERN stack.
• Strong skills in React (hooks, state management), Node.js, and Express.js.
• Experience with API development, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and Git.
• Familiar with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and basic DevOps tools.
• Preferred: Experience with AWS, Docker, GraphQL, CI/CD.
