Position: Senior Software Engineer – Banking Solutions

Location: Bangkok

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Senior Software Engineer to support the development of enterprise banking systems, with a core focus on Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) solutions. This role offers a high-impact opportunity to work within a multi-country engineering environment across Thailand, Singapore, and India.

You will be responsible for developing backend systems, resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the platform's performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, enhance, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs within the FSCM domain
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure system availability and performance
• Work closely with local stakeholders and regional development teams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and design discussions
• Translate business requirements into technical deliverables with attention to scalability and maintainability
• Ensure smooth deployments, rollback readiness, and continuous system monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-border teams to support product enhancements and bug resolutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, ideally within the banking or financial services sector
• Proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, and related backend technologies
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
• Experience working with relational databases (SQL) and frontend basics (HTML, AngularJS is a plus)
• Proven exposure to Agile methodologies and distributed team collaboration
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional environments
• Functional English proficiency required
• Prior experience with FSCM platforms or related financial systems is highly advantageous
