Description

We ( platform software team) mainly works on platform software part (e.g., BSP, native service) for Amazon OS, the mission is to build a high quality operating system and devices to customers. The role of this job is a technical leader on video/camera virtualization design and implementation, working with stakeholders to drive the delivery of complex features from a technical perspective.

• Participate in building video/camera platform software for Amazon OS based automotive product.
• Leading complex features/projects delivery ether for automotive products
• Develop team's technical expertise
• Independently design and delivery video/camera software features on virtualization platform for automotive projects, including native software, HAL and drivers on various operation systems.
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
• Rich experience on linux driver development, understand linux kernel driver model and is able to write new drivers from scratch.
• Rich experience with codec integration, optimization, and performance tuning for embedded systems.
• Rich experience on Android or gstreamer based video software development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts effectively.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience with multimedia frameworks (e.g., GStreamer, FFmpeg) and hardware-accelerated video codecs.
• Experience on video/camera virtualization
• Experience on secure video playback, e.g., widewine/playready
