We are seeking a cloud-savvy developer to join our engineering team. As we continue to expand our cloud-based solutions, we need someone who can bring their expertise to the table. You will work alongside a team of talented business analysts, developers, quality engineers, and support staff to ensure our online presence remains top-notch.

As the Senior Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining cutting-edge cloud solutions. You must possess a passion for technology, exceptional problem-solving skills, and an ability to blend logical and analytical thinking with excellent interpersonal skills.

We are looking for someone with considerable experience in software development, who can collaborate with other departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. What You Will Do

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure that software is delivered with high quality and reliability.
• Take responsibility for the entire software development lifecycle, from ideation to build, deployment and maintenance.
• Actively contribute to the development of standards, templates, and libraries to accelerate service development and ensure consistency across engineering teams.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology, design and develop software applications and systems using programming languages such as .NET and cloud native technologies.
• Ensure appropriate governance of designs and technology decisions according to agreed architectural principles, standards and templates.
• Ensure that the architecture is aligned with the company's security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in professional software development, with a focus on cloud technologies using Amazon Web Services.
• Experience working with onshore, nearshore, and remote teams.
• Possess deep technical skills and hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (.NET/C#), SQL and NoSQL databases.
• A background in Infrastructure as Code practices, with proficiency in tools such as Terraform.
• Experience in building and designing sustainable, scalable, and secure cloud-native applications and infrastructure using AWS technologies, including Lambda and DynamoDB.
• Possess a keen awareness of architectural design patterns, including event-driven architecture, API’s, synchronous and asynchronous communication patterns.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices such as Agile methodologies, continuous integration, and automated testing.
• Experience working with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
