Overview

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to help us build a new team for Configuration Services at Oracle NetSuite in Brno. Being part of our team will give you an opportunity to have a direct and significant impact on how application configuration is managed in Oracle NetSuite as well as secrets management that is an essential part of the application configuration.

In this role, your focus will be on design and development of a modernized configuration platform – dealing with challenges in scalability, concurrency, high availability, and reliability. In Oracle NetSuite world, you will be working among industry leading experts in Security, Reliability, Performance and Software Defined Datacenters.

Preferred Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of software engineering or related experience
• Experience with Java, Python and Bash
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and approaches
• Experience with standard IT security concepts like identity management and access management, data protection, encryption, public key infrastructure
• Experience documenting and communicating technical concepts
  
  
  

Responsibilities

As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.
