Senior Software Developer
Are you passionate about designing and building high-quality, scalable software solutions? Are you ready to be part of an exciting growth journey and help scale our US organization? This role could be the perfect opportunity for you!
We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our expanding US team in Austin, Texas. You will be a key player in building IT solutions for our US trading teams as the first software developer based in our Austin office.
Be part of our US growth adventure
At InCommodities, we are on a mission to rethink how data and technology are used in energy trading. Since our founding in 2017, we have grown rapidly into a global team of over 200 talented professionals from 22 countries. Headquartered in Aarhus, Denmark - often referred to as the Silicon Valley of energy trading - we operate with a truly global perspective, extending our activities across Europe, Asia Pacific, and North America.
In 2020, we expanded our US presence by establishing an office in Austin, Texas. Today, our US organization covers both power and natural gas. In this role, you will be part of our US IT team, which is currently split between Aarhus and Austin. You will be the first software developer based in our Austin office, but you will be collaborating with fellow software developers working remotely. At the Austin office, you will be working alongside experienced traders and analysts. Through close collaboration with end-users, you will get to experience first-hand, immediate effect and results of the software solutions you build and deploy.
