(Sitecore, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) Mapleton Hill developers work on a variety of projects throughout the year exposing them to new technologies. You'll be working in small teams, with ownership over projects, to deliver high quality results for our clients. For this position we're looking for experienced developers with a passion for Sitecore who, while primarily coding, can lead software teams and mentor younger developers. Step 2: Phone Interview - If we like what we see, we'll reach out to schedule a quick phone interview. On this call we will ask about your past work experience as well as some technical questions. Step 3: C# Coding Exercise - If we feel that you have the relevant experience we will send you our take-home C# coding exercise. This is your opportunity to show us what clean code looks like to you. Step 4: JavaScript Pair Programming - The last step in our hiring process is a JavaScript pair programing exercise. We have our applicants come into the office, write a little code, and discuss it with us. We're curious to see how you solve problems and to talk about the decisions you make when programming.
