As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you'll be at the heart of our mission to ensure our platform's stability, scalability, and security. You'll take ownership of our infrastructure's reliability, optimize performance, and implement robust security measures to safeguard against potential threats. Collaborating closely with our engineering, security, and operations teams, you'll proactively tackle issues before they impact on our customers.

Summary:

• Experience: 5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Cloud Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Technical Skills: Experience with load balancing (ELB), auto-scaling, and distributed systems.
• Security Savvy: Strong understanding of networking, security best practices, and bot mitigation techniques.
• Observability Tools: Proficiency in tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, Splunk.
• CI/CD Knowledge: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and automated testing for reliability.
• Database Skills: Experience in SQL and NoSQL database performance tuning and optimization.
• Incident Response: Familiarity with incident response, post-mortem analysis, and resilience engineering.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Nice to Have:

• Cybersecurity Experience: Background in cybersecurity or security-related SRE work.
• Anomaly Detection: Experience with machine learning-based anomaly detection for security threats.
• Self-Healing Infrastructure: Exposure to self-healing infrastructure and engineering.
