The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in front-end and back-end development, particularly with ReactJS and SQL databases. Location: Ahmedabad & Pune Key Responsibilities: •     Develop and maintain the customization in the SharePoint, MS Teams and Power Platform using ReactJS and either .Net or .NetCore frameworks. •     Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures. •     Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality. •     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. •     Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into technical solutions. •     Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, RPA, Graph API, and Microsoft AI tools (AI Builder, Copilot, and Custom Copilot). Technical Skills Required: 1.    ReactJS (Mandatory): Proficient in developing responsive web applications using ReactJS. 2.    MVC or .NetCore: Experience with either MVC or .NetCore frameworks. 3.    SQL Database: Strong knowledge of SQL, including the ability to build and optimize queries and stored procedures. 4.    Unit Testing: Solid experience in writing and maintaining unit tests. 5.    JavaScript and jQuery: Working knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery.
