What are we looking for?
We are looking for a passionate
SFDC Process Analyst to support our global GTM teams. The person in this role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration, support, and improvement of our PRM (Partner Relationship Management system) and related processes (eg. Deal Registration) in Salesforce (Sales Cloud).
You should be data-savvy, self-driven, and confident personality who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys solving business challenges through process and data optimization.
The person in this role will be part of the Global Revenue Operations team, who roll into the Chief Revenue Officer. He /she will work closely with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to identify and develop process- and data improvements supporting our GTM strategy.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- serve as primary go-to person for any PRM process-related user setup
- owning and handling all field requests coming into the Channel Operations case queue
- collaborate cross-functionally with supporting teams to resolve issues
- drive data accuracy and governance processes (accounts, leads, contact data in SFDC)
- increase data trust and validity in our CRM
- act as the liaison between our business stakeholders and the application development team
Requirements
What is needed to succeed?
Required qualifications:
- Experience (5yrs +) with Salesforce Lightning.
- Expert knowledge on the use of Salesforce.com objects such as Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, and Campaigns.
- creative and analytical thinker with strong problem solving skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent English is a must!)
- Understanding of the Salesforce.com data model and how to effectively extract, transform and load data.
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple requests and organize the execution.
- Self-organized team player; ability to work effectively in a remote/global team.
Desired qualifications:
- experience with SFDC PRM platform
- experience with other PRM platforms (Impartner, etc…)
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Sales Cloud certification
- Experience with Data Quality/Data hygiene processes (Mass upload tools)
