Job Description

The SRE & BI Development Team Lead leads and manages the Service Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Business Intelligence (BI) development teams to ensure reliable, high-performing production environments and BI solutions. This role focuses on aligning technical initiatives with business goals, driving operational excellence, and fostering collaboration across teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors the SRE and BI development teams, ensuring their work aligns with business objectives and strategic goals.
• Collaborates with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery while maintaining alignment with business needs.
• Develops and implements strategies to enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance, optimizing operational efficiency across all environments.
• Oversees the planning, execution, and monitoring of application releases, load tests, and configuration changes to maintain system stability and reliability.
• Continuously monitors team performance, providing regular feedback and mentorship to support professional growth and skill development.
• Drives automation initiatives and identifies process efficiencies to enhance team productivity and improve overall system performance.
  
  
  

Our Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience on a similar position with the following technologies:
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
• Operating Systems: Linux/Unix, Windows
• CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Ansible, ArgoCD
• Application Monitoring: Dynatrace
• Programming & Scripting: Python, Bash
• Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, NoSQL databases
• BI Tools: Tableau, Power BI
• Cloud Platforms & Solutions
• Cybersecurity Tools: CyberArk, Vault
• Agile Methodologies: Jira, Confluence.
• Results-driven mindset with a strong ability to deliver solutions.
• Availability to come to the office at least 2 days per week
• Client-focused approach with a commitment to business needs.
