We are looking for a Senior Service Reliability Engineer to join our team in Antalya, SunExpress Headquarters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• At least 4 years of related experience.
• Experience in reliability engineering concepts such as SLO, SLI and Error Budgets.
• Experience in system management and delivery automation.
• Experience in system logging, tracing and alerting that provide real-time insights into system performance and health.
• Experience in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, etc. is a plus.
• Experience with database management systems (Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL) is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Good spoken and written communication skills in English.

Tasks:

• Design and implement Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and Error Budgets to measure system reliability.
• Enhance system availability and reduce Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR) through proactive monitoring, automation, and incident response.
• Improve resilience through chaos engineering, fault injection, and performance testing.
• Implement automated alerting systems to detect and resolve issues proactively.
• Actively participate in the release management processes of the assigned products.
• Work with development and operations teams to design reliable, scalable services.
• Continuously evaluate and introduce new technologies to improve system reliability and efficiency.
