At Krasan Consulting, we’re looking for a 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 to help drive our consulting engagements, support operations, and lead delivery teams to success.

This is a hands-on leadership role—you’ll oversee multiple consulting projects, guide technical teams, manage budgets and resourcing, and ensure we deliver exceptional results. You’ll also play a critical role in internal operations like pricing strategy, team planning, and performance tracking.

✅ Managing concurrent consulting engagements

✅ Leading resource planning, pricing, and capacity management

✅ Coaching and mentoring cross-functional teams

✅ Continuously improving how we operate and deliver

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:

🔹 10–15+ years in IT consulting (with 5+ years in technical delivery leadership)

🔹 A solid background in client service, delivery ops, and team management

🔹 Strong with tools like Salesforce, Resource Hero, Excel, and AI-enabled planning

🔹 Someone who’s cool under pressure, highly collaborative, and solutions-driven

🔹 Bonus points for experience with public sector, education, or finance client
