We need a Senior Server Support Technician to join our team in Kolkata! The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of experience, certifications in relevant technologies, and a related Bachelor’s degree.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.

Experience in installation of Linux, Windows, and similar technologies.

Database experience with MySQL and Oracle.

Working knowledge of infrastructure technologies: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.

Experience providing application and field support.

Certification in relevant technologies is preferred.
