We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Senior SEO Specialist with 7+ years of hands-on experience in developing and executing successful SEO strategies. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will lead all aspects of search engine optimization to improve our organic visibility, drive targeted traffic, and boost conversions across multiple digital properties. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, keyword strategy, and performance analytics.

Requirements


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities based on search volume, competition, and relevance to our target audience.
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, indexing problems, and other performance bottlenecks.
  • Optimize on-page elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, internal linking, and content structure for SEO best practices.
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure SEO-driven content creation, optimize existing content, and identify content gaps.
  • Monitor backlink profiles and lead initiatives for acquiring high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.
  • Collaborate with web development teams to ensure SEO requirements are implemented in web design and code.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other SEO software to track performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Keep up with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends to proactively adjust strategies and maintain competitiveness.
  • Generate monthly SEO performance reports, analyze KPIs (traffic, ranking, CTR, conversions), and present insights to stakeholders.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on SEO experience in a high-growth or agency environment.
  • Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO elements.
  • Strong experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Proven track record of improving keyword rankings, organic traffic, and on-site engagement.
  • Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, and CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
  • Ability to audit and optimize site architecture, sitemaps, robots.txt, and structured data (schema markup).
  • Familiarity with CRO and A/B testing methodologies to complement SEO efforts.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in international SEO or multi-language website optimization.
  • Prior experience working with e-commerce or B2B SaaS companies.
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications (preferred but not required)
