About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Security Design Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in leading security design projects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet SIRA and ADMCC requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Security Design Team to deliver comprehensive and innovative security system designs.
• Knowledge of detailed designs and drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Ensure all designs comply with SIRA and ADMCC design regulations and client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to define and execute project scopes.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables while effectively managing multiple priorities.
• Maintain professional time management under pressure, ensuring high-quality results within tight deadlines.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
  
  

Qualifications And Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 7+ years of experience in security system design within the UAE.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) and familiarity with Revit (preferred).
• Solid understanding of SIRA and ADMCC requirements.
• SIRA Certification is required.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A valid UAE Driving License is a must.
