Mantell Associates is currently partnered with an exciting Biotech on their search for a Senior Scientist, Computational Biology to join their growing team in the Germany and France.

Responsibilities:

• Process, and manage internal and external spatial and single-cell genomics datasets, ensuring high-quality and well-structured data for analysis.
• Collaborate with data scientists, biologists and therapeutic area leaders to co-develop and identify therapeutic targets using single-cell and spatial genomics data.
• Contribute to development of advanced computational approaches to analyse large-scale data and Machine Learning.

Requirements:

• PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in computational biology in industry & academia (spatial transcriptomics and single-cell data).
• Python for data analysis, familiarity with Google Cloud, Azure or AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Must be articulate around the science and problem solving.
