Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement target validation strategies using advanced molecular biology techniques.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot quantitative PCR-based assays (qPCR, digital PCR) for gene expression profiling and biomarker validation.
• Establish and validate biochemical and cell-based assays to support hit identification and lead optimization.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Pharmacology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of postdoctoral or industry experience in assay development within a biotech or pharmaceutical setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in RT-qPCR and digital PCR assay design, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in molecular and cellular biology techniques such as Western blotting, ELISA, RNAi, CRISPR/Cas9, and transfection methods.
• Experience in neurological disease indications is preferred.
