Senior SAP Consultant -SD

Location: Manila, (Hybrid)

Contract Duration: 18 Months

Travel: Occasional plant visits as per project needs (expenses covered)

About the Role

We are looking for Senior SAP Consultants with expertise in SD to join a high-impact transformation project based in Philippines.This role is part of a regional rollout initiative across multiple ASEAN countries. You will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with global and local stakeholders to deliver localization, configuration, and deployment of SAP functionalities aligned with global standards.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead Localization Workshops: Engage stakeholders across ASEAN to gather local business, legal, and statutory requirements. Consolidate inputs to finalize the Localization Blueprint aligned with the global template.
• Deliver SAP Configuration & Testing: Perform end-to-end configuration based on finalized requirements. Lead and execute testing phases including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
• Train and Support End Users: Conduct targeted training sessions and provide knowledge transfer to ensure smooth adoption of SAP solutions in each country.
• Oversee Data Migration: Plan and coordinate clean and accurate data migration activities, ensuring readiness for go-live.
• Enable Regional Go-Live: Drive go-live preparation and deployment across ASEAN countries as per the global rollout schedule.
• Manage Cutover and Post-Go-Live Support: Lead cutover execution and provide hypercare support to users, resolving issues promptly and ensuring business continuity.
• Collaborate with Global Teams: Work closely with the Global Functional Lead to ensure alignment, escalate risks, and support standardization efforts.

What We Are Looking For

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD
• Proven success in delivering SAP localization and rollout projects, preferably in the ASEAN region
• Strong understanding of local compliance, tax, and statutory requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with occasional travel to plant locations
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with global teams
