The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.

Responsibilities

1. Need strong , 12-15 years experienced , SAP project manager with hands on experience in managing large SAP S/4 Transformation programs
2. Completely accountable for project management and delivery , must be adept in all aspects of project management like planning , execution , Monitoring and control
3. Strong control on Schedule/Cost/scope
4. Must be adept in Risk and Issue management
5. Should have managed min 2 Implementation programs with 30+ team size , On-Off model
6. 100% client facing
7. Must own staffing and Project P&L
8. Preferably from SAP S/4 functional background
9. Should understand key aspects of S/4 program management like Core solution , interfaces, Add On and Bolt-ons , Data Migration , All types of testing , Cutover , Transition to Run
10. Must be able to create and own a detailed project plan and track same on daily basis
11. must be able to do accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders
12. Must understand development life cycle , ACTIVATE methodology , responsible for delivery quality
13. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
14. Must be able to work on proposals , drive solutioning and create financial simulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with a team
