We are seeking a seasoned Senior SAP Project Manager to drive complex SAP Supply Chain projects and lead strategic initiatives. The role focuses on delivering large-scale, high-impact SAP solutions while managing cross-functional teams.


What will your day look like?

  • Oversee multiple SAP supply chain projects or large-scale initiatives simultaneously.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Monitor project KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure adherence to the SAP Activate methodology throughout project execution.
  • Identify risks and issues, and proactively implement solutions to mitigate them.
  • Communicate project progress, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders.


Skills And Attributes For Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a must.
  • 8+ years of SAP project management experience within the Supply Chain industry, including leading complex and global projects within GTS, IBP, TM, or EWM modules.
  • Proven experience in successfully delivering multiple SAP projects simultaneously - large and small
  • Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile SAP project implementation methodologies.
  • Hands-on proficiency with MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint), MS Project, Azure, Jira, and other project management tools.
  • Expertise in SAP technologies, including S/4 HANA, SAP Cloud, or other modules.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in vendor and client management.


Additional Considerations

  • Prior experience in a SAP consulting firm or enterprise environment.
  • Experience managing SAP implementations in supply chain, logistics, or global trade industries.
  • Ability to drive C-level discussions on SAP strategy and digital transformation.


In accordance with pay transparency laws in some jurisdictions, we are committed to providing salary information to ensure fairness and equity in our hiring process. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $100,000 - $175,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, geographic market, trainings, licensure, and certifications. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for benefits such as performance-based incentives, health insurance, retirement plans, and other company perks.
