We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP HCM Consultant to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Human Capital Management, with hands-on experience in system configuration, payroll, time and attendance, and HR analytics.

This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to work on complex HCM implementations and optimizations for enterprise Responsibilities:

  • HCM System Configuration:

Configure and maintain SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll. Ensure alignment with business processes and compliance standards.

  • Time and Attendance Management:

Design and implement solutions for accurate time tracking and attendance management, integrating with payroll and HR systems.

  • Payroll Administration:

Manage end-to-end payroll processes including configuration, payroll runs, post-payroll activities, and statutory reporting in compliance with Indian labor laws.

  • Data Analytics and Reporting:

Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards using SAP standard reporting tools or external BI tools to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and implement changes efficiently.

  • Continuous Improvement and Best Practices:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement SAP HCM best practices to enhance HR operations and employee experience.

  • Project Management:

Lead and support SAP HCM projects, including requirement gathering, system testing, user training, and post-implementation Technical Skills :

  • SAP HCM (on-premise or ECC)
  • Time Management (TM)
  • Payroll (PY)
  • Personnel Administration (PA)
  • Organizational Management (OM)
  • Strong understanding of Indian statutory compliance
  • Reporting tools within SAP Skills and Tools :
  • SAP SuccessFactors (especially Employee Central, Time Off, and Payroll modules)
  • Exposure to Workday or Oracle HCM Cloud is an added advantage
  • Familiarity with integration tools and middleware
  • Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging or coordination with technical teams
