Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and bilingual Senior SAP HANA/ABAP Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of SAP experience, including hands-on expertise in S/4HANA migration projects. This role requires strong technical leadership, deep functional understanding of SAP systems, and excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design and development efforts in SAP S/4HANA migration projects
• Provide expertise in SAP HANA and ABAP development, performance tuning, and custom enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful migration and integration
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and guide junior team members
• Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities
• Ensure development standards and best practices are maintained

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA migration projects
• Strong knowledge of SAP HANA database concepts and performance optimization
• Experience with CDS views, OData services, and SAP Fiori is a plus
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical discussions
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP S/4HANA certification
• Experience working in international or multicultural environments
• Project management or team lead experience
