Role - Senior SAP Functional Consultant

Working Model - Hybrid (2-3 days in office)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Functional Consultant with deep expertise across multiple SAP modules including SD, MM, FI, APO, PP, and QM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end SAP solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design integrated solutions, and support implementations in an S/4HANA or ECC environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP SD, MM, FI, APO, PP, and QM modules across implementation, configuration, and support phases.
• Analyze complex business processes and design SAP-integrated solutions to meet business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document functional specs, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Handle integration touchpoints between modules (e.g., SD-FI, MM-FI, PP-MM, SD-MM, APO-PP).
• Configure and test scenarios, including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Make-to-Order flows.
• Work on production planning, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and quality compliance processes.
• Support data migration, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Create and maintain documentation including functional designs, process flows, and training material.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP implementation/support across SD, MM, FI, APO, PP, and QM modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA projects.
• Deep understanding of business processes in sales, procurement, finance, planning, and manufacturing.
• Experience with EDI, third-party integrations, and custom developments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP best practices, testing, and change management processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP certification in any of the core modules is a plus.
