Job Title: Senior SAP FICO Consultant

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP FICO Consultant with over 20+ years of industry experience and a proven track record of 5 end-to-end SAP implementations, including global rollouts and support projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Parallel Accounting in SAP S/4HANA. Additional strengths in taxation, asset accounting, cost center accounting, and SAP module integrations will be a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP FICO Implementation & Rollouts:
• Lead and support company code rollouts, leveraging experience from 5 successful SAP implementations.
• Provide strategic post-go-live support to stabilize business operations.
• Optimize and configure SAP FICO processes in S/4HANA, aligning with best practices.

Financial Accounting & Compliance:

• Configure and manage General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) in SAP S/4HANA.
• Implement Parallel Accounting with multiple accounting principles and currency types.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, taxation policies (Sales/Purchase, Withholding Tax), and reporting requirements.

Integration & Technical Support:

• Manage integration of FICO with SAP PS, MM, and SD modules.
• Support bank accounting and asset accounting in SAP S/4HANA.
• Work on FSCM Collection and Dispute Management in S/4HANA.
• Assist in Group Reporting in S/4HANA for consolidated financial statements.
• Project Execution & Methodologies:
• Work within Agile and Activate methodologies for SAP deployments.
• Use MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
• Apply project management techniques to streamline SAP FICO processes.
• Stakeholder & Team Collaboration:
• Act as a liaison between finance teams and IT to translate business requirements into system configurations.
• Provide training and end-user support for finance and accounting teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial process improvements.

Must have Skills:

• General Ledger Accounting (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) in SAP S/4HANA
• Parallel Accounting with multiple accounting principles and currency types.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• FSCM Collection and Dispute Management in S/4HANA.
• Group Reporting in S/4HANA.
• Taxes on Sales/Purchase and Withholding Tax.
• Bank Accounting & Asset Accounting in S/4HANA.
• Cost Center Accounting and Integration with SAP PS/MM/SD.
