Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO modules - primarily Accounts Receivable, along with General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Fixed Assets (FA).
• Analyze existing financial processes and identify areas of improvement using SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into effective SAP system configurations and functional designs.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, design documents, test cases, and results.
• Conduct UAT, unit testing, and regression testing to ensure accuracy and system stability.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve end-user queries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for process integration and optimization.
• Participate in full-cycle SAP implementations, including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, and system customization.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of SAP consulting experience, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO on SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven track record of at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project as an SAP FICO Consultant.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles in SAP.
• Deep knowledge of SAP FICO components including AR, AP, GL, FA.
• Experience in writing functional specifications and working closely with ABAP developers.
• Ability to understand business needs and deliver effective SAP solutions.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Formal SAP certification/training is an advantage.
