In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your Role And Responsibilities
As an Package Consultant at IBM, you will help to assist clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solution - SAP. This is an opportunity to leverage your experience and skills in a truly innovative environment, where your ideas will always be welcome and your understanding of customer needs will come into its own.In your role, you may be responsible for:
Assisting clients in selection, implementation, and support of packages
Make strategic recommendations and leverage business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and their management
Preferred Education
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Required Professional and Technical Expertise :
at least 5 years SAP experience in SD / MM / Procurement / Finance
Familiarity with SAP support or implementation methodologies
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Excellent English skills
A cool-head, able to maintain poise and composure under pressure in relatively ambiguous and complex situations
Experience in one of the following Industry Sectors: Oil&Gas, Distribution, Industrial, Financial Services, Public sector, etc.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :
Analysis and documentation of integrated systems
Provide advice on SAP functionality, change management and other advisory services
Provide guidance on test plans and end-user documentation
