CTG is seeking to fill a Senior SAP Basis Administrator opening for our client in San Diego, CA. Location: San Diego, CA Duration: 7 months Duties: Oversee SAP architecture, SAP HANA deployments, and Basis administration/security functions. Lead OS/DB migrations and execute technical core competency tasks including SAP applications, HANA and Oracle software installations, configurations, upgrades, support package application, and add-on installations. Maintain and support a wide range of SAP systems including ECC, BW, SNC, PI, SLD, Portal, ChaRM, FIORI, GRC, MII-CAMS, Data Services, Business Objects, and Solution Manager with dual stack and HANA/Oracle DB systems. Provide daily production support and manage system refreshes using both database-dependent and independent methods. Drive SAP system landscape strategy including high availability, disaster recovery planning, proactive monitoring, and error handling. Maintain and support interfaces to third-party technologies including BSI TaxFactory, Sabrix OneSource TAX, Adobe Forms, Tidal job scheduler, and various bolt-on applications. Participate in and contribute to the internal SAP specialist community by mentoring and transferring knowledge on technologies and processes. Skills: Strong expertise in SAP Basis administration and SAP HANA architecture. Experience with private/public cloud-based SAP implementations. Knowledge of SSO and SAML integrations. Proven ability to manage large, complex SAP environments. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and system optimization skills. Experience: Extensive hands-on business experience and understanding of business process requirements. Demonstrated success in supporting complex SAP landscapes and technical infrastructure migrations. Proven experience in SAP upgrades, patching, and support package management. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
