Responsibilities

• Provide overall architecture/design for Salesforce implementations across multiple projects under the leadership of a lead Architect
• Create prototypes and POCs to aid in defining requirements where applicable
• Map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities, determining when custom solutions are necessary
• Lead or participate in the definition and prioritization/scoping of business and functional requirements and project sizing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the best implementation strategies for Salesforce solutions
• Contribute to the successful delivery and quality of technology solutions by driving discussions and resolving roadblocks
• Architect and deliver a robust data model that supports project requirements
  
  
  

Requirements

• 8+ years of Salesforce solutions architecture experience within the large enterprise environment
• Proficiency with Salesforce technologies (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, REST APIs)
• Experience in architecting solutions on Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales & Service Cloud and some Marketing Cloud. Knowledge of Salesforce Industries, previously Vlocity (preferred)
• Proven track record of successful enterprise Salesforce project deliveries
• DevOps experience for CI/CD using Copado (preferred, not required)
• Experience with large data integration and data migration activities within Salesforce projects
• Strong documentation skills for current and future state solution architecture, including functional/technical specifications, data integration, and data migration solution design
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage in technical discussions, whiteboard sessions, and presentations
• Experience in Experience/Community/Data/ Financial Services Cloud as a Salesforce developer
• Salesforce Architect certifications are required
• The position is hybrid, 3 days per week at the office required in Fort Worth, TX (first choice) or Dallas, TX (second choice)
