Overview

Seeking a seasoned Salesforce PSS Developer/Technical Lead to design, implement, and integrate scalable, secure Salesforce Public Sector Solutions for a public sector client. The role involves leading technical efforts, ensuring compliance (CJIS/FedRAMP), and optimizing data flows between Salesforce and on-premise databases.

Position: Senior Salesforce PSS Developer/Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors)
• Configure and tailor Public Sector modules (Licensing/Permitting, Grants, Case Management)
• Design and maintain integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, on-premise relational databases)
• Ensure CJIS-compliant data handling and security standards
• Mentor junior developers and serve as an escalation point for complex challenges
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and scalability
  
  

Requirement Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with Public Sector Solutions and OmniStudio
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II, OmniStudio Developer/Consultant certifications required
• Experience with on-premise database integrations and compliance-focused development
