Salesforce Developer

Location: Hybrid (Onsite 2 days/week) - Washington, DC, 20001

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to support and enhance its in-house Salesforce environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer with 5-7 years of experience, strong expertise in Sales Cloud, and a background in MuleSoft development and APEX (Lightning). The developer will be responsible for building custom solutions, optimizing integrations, and supporting the organization's transition from outsourced to in-house development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance Sales Cloud functionalities
• Design and implement MuleSoft integrations
• Write and optimize APEX (Lightning) code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5-7 years of Salesforce development experience
• Expertise in Sales Cloud and custom development
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft integrations
• Strong proficiency in APEX (Lightning components, triggers, controllers)
• Experience working in a hybrid development environment
