Overview
The EBS team provides development, maintenance, and support services for the TNS Salesforce environment. This includes all aspects of system development including designing/testing/deploying solutions with user satisfaction a priority and handling L2 incident and problem tickets.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
Gathering and documenting requirements from users and stakeholders
Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Flow Builder, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, dynamic layouts, apps, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports ·
Salesforce development including Apex triggers/test classes and custom Visualforce pages
Participation in Agile Scrum meetings
Sandbox environment management
Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
Triaging and resolving L2 incident and problem tickets
Experience & Education Required
Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3+ years hands-on development experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer
DevOps/release management experience
Experience developing and deploying Salesforce configuration and code changes
Proven ability to work collegially with business stakeholders
Ability to solve problems independently while also knowing when to escalate/seek guidance
Experience & Education Preferred
Technical Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification
Experience with Pardot or Rootstock
Active in the Salesforce community
