Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization SFDC Data SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT business support and Engineering & Design. This hybrid role requires a dedicated professional to work in a day shift with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Configure Salesforce settings to optimize performance and user experience.
• Utilize SFDC Lightning to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
• Manage and maintain SFDC data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Implement best practices for SFDC development and customization.
• Conduct regular system audits and prepare for upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Document technical specifications and user guides for developed solutions.
• Train and mentor junior developers on SFDC technologies and best practices.
• Continuously improve skills and knowledge in SFDC and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in SFDC Development and Customization.
• Must have strong knowledge of SFDC Data management and integration.
• Must have expertise in SFDC Lightning for creating user interfaces.
• Must have experience in SFDC Integration with other systems.
• Must have proficiency in SFDC Configuration for optimizing performance.
