How You'll Make an Impact
As a Salesforce Developer at AMP, you'll be at the forefront of our digital customer engagement strategy, designing and implementing innovative solutions that directly enhance how our sales and operations teams serve customers. Working within our Customer Platforms portfolio, you'll leverage your technical expertise to develop, maintain and optimise our Salesforce ecosystem through both programmatic and declarative capabilities. Your work will directly contribute to creating seamless customer experiences across our digital touchpoints, while also pioneering AI-driven solutions using Salesforce's Agentforce features. You'll collaborate across business units as a technical leader, translating complex business requirements into elegant solutions that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Bring to the Role
You're an experienced Salesforce Developer with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in complex enterprise environments. Your deep technical knowledge spans Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce and Einstein, complemented by your understanding of DevOps practices including Git and Jenkins. You thrive in an Agile environment, bringing both technical excellence and a collaborative mindset to every project. With your problem-solving abilities and analytical skills, you can quickly diagnose issues and implement effective solutions and your communication skills enable you to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences. You're passionate about innovation, particularly in AI capabilities and if you have the certifications (including Salesforce Developer I, Developer II, Agentforce Specialist and AI Associate) to validate your expertise, that is plus!
