We Bajaj Technology Services are looking for a skilled Salesforce Tech Lead to design, develop, and implement advanced Salesforce-based data visualization solutions that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders. The role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Technical Lead, data integration, performance optimization.

Job Description of Salesforce Tech Leader:

·7+ years of Salesforce development experience with expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL

·Working experience in NBFC, Landing, BFSI and mortgage will be added advantage

·Oversee Salesforce development lifecycle including coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance

·Conduct code reviews, resolve complex technical issues, and provide hands-on development support

·Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and functional teams to understand and refine requirements

·Working experience in NBFC, Landing, BFSI and mortgage will be added advantage

·Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and security best practices

·Experience in CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile methodologies

·Salesforce Platform Developer II, Application/System Architect certifications preferred

·Proven leadership experience in guiding and mentoring teams
