We are looking for a Salesforce Engineer (f/m/x) to join our Customer Success Engineering team in Munich.

Your tasks

• Collaborate with the team members to translate user requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery
• Assist and support other team members in their development efforts, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
• You improve the existing codebase and build new features from scratch
• Identify and take ownership of unused or underutilized platform features and decrease technical debt
• You take over maintenance and development of the two-way synchronization service with our core system
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, optimize system performance and ensure data integrity
• Maintain technical documentation
• Maintaining a keen awareness of new releases within the Salesforce ecosystem
  
  
  

Your Profile

• 3+ year experience working in Salesforce development
• Data driven and analytical mindset
• Effective communication skills
• Deep knowledge of key platform technologies: Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC/Web components,JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
• Deep knowledge of relational databases, SOQL and SQL
• Comprehensive understanding of event-driven architecture
• Expertise in configuring standard platform functionalities versus building from scratch
• Strong Knowledge of SFDC Flows/Metadata/APIs
• Comfortable working within release-management and scrum frameworks
• Salesforce certifications are a plus
• You need to have fluent English in Reading and Writing (C1) and German is great to have as well
