Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, strong technical expertise, and a proven track record of successful Salesforce implementation and customization projects. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions that optimize our Salesforce platform to meet our business needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
2. Design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
3. Customize and extend Salesforce functionality through the development of custom objects, workflows, process builder, validation rules, etc.
4. Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using APIs and middleware platforms.
5. Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
6. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and support team members.
7. Stay updated on Salesforce platform releases, new features, and industry trends to recommend and implement best practices and innovative solutions.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT to drive successful Salesforce initiatives and projects.
9. Assist in the evaluation and selection of third-party applications and tools to enhance our Salesforce ecosystem.
10. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization within the Salesforce platform.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on custom development and integration.
3. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified App Builder are highly preferred.
4. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, SOSL, and other Salesforce development tools and technologies.
5. Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
6. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi).
7. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
10. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
