Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with 7-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across various Salesforce modules, a strong belief in rapid and efficient deployment, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Expertise in Work Order, Case Management, and integrations with external applications is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce tools.
• Design and implement solutions for Work Order and Case Management processes.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using APIs, middleware, or other integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft).
• Optimize Salesforce deployments for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and features to recommend enhancements.
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Salesforce Experience: Hands-on experience with various Salesforce modules, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Field Service.
• Development Expertise: Strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Case Management & Work Orders: In-depth understanding and implementation experience with Case Management and Work Order workflows.
• Deployment Efficiency: Expertise in rapid and efficient deployment strategies using tools like Salesforce DX, Git, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Problem Solving: Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical problems.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and collaboration abilities.
