Senior Sales Representative – Business Development - FinTech Broker Dealer - Fluency in Mandarin

Position Overview:

This role is responsible for driving business development and maintaining relationships with corporate, institutional, and retail clients to maximize profitability. The position requires close collaboration with various departments to achieve company objectives and ensure the delivery of tailored financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of cross-asset products to corporate, institutional, and retail clients.
• Work closely with internal teams to meet company goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contacts within the market.
• Manage cross-border sales and trading initiatives.
• Stay informed on market data, economic trends, and industry developments to make informed business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and best practices.
• Attend client meetings to understand their needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., research, product development, risk management, legal, compliance, operations) on product launches.
• Uphold governance, control, and risk management standards across all activities.

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred, with a deep understanding of equity and financial markets.
• Strong client management skills with a proven track record in working with corporate, institutional, and retail clients.
• Knowledge of financial products, market trends, and product structuring.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• SIE, Series 7, and 63 licenses (unlicensed candidates will be sponsored and expected to complete accreditation within one month).
• Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Compensation is DOE. Location NY or San Jose, CA.
