Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in South Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, negotiating with potential buyers and sellers, and managing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and ensuring targets are met. The role also requires effective communication with clients and team members, as well as staying updated with market trends and changes.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
  • Skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Sales Strategy Implementation
  • Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of the real estate market in South Delhi or similar urban areas
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a benefit
