Job Description

You will be responsible in managing all aspects of the assigned product line to achieve profitability and growth in market share within the Southeast Asia region.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop marketing plans and strategies for assigned product line based on analysis of market growth potential and competition to achieve Sales & Marketing objectives as established.
  • Effectively increase product awareness by driving tactical promotional efforts and engagement activities with internal and external sales team, which includes but not limited to product launches, develop publication articles and white papers to promote products scope and focus; and develop promotional demonstration tools for focused products.
  • Develop and deliver product & industry training (including applications, competitive products & technologies, and features & benefits training) for internal and channel personnel.
  • Deliver presentations and hands-on demonstrations of assigned products, applications, and technology to customers for the purpose of product sales and awareness.
  • Responsible for managing product line(s) budget.
  • Work closely with Sales Team within Southeast Asia to provide solutions to customers.
  • Demonstrate a positive and flexible approach to changing business priorities.
  • Communicate strategic businesses and price negotiations with Headquarter Business Unit(s) and consistently provide feedback regarding competition, product and/or market needs.
  • Coordinate promotional efforts with MARCOM.
  • Maintain a sound technical/application knowledge base on assigned product line(s).


Qualifications

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in industrial electrical component/solutions. (Candidate with higher experience will be considered for Manager Role)
  • Ability to understand technical solutions
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially in POWERPOINT
  • Willing to travel extensively and within short notice
