ADI Global Distribution is seeking a motivated, analytical, and collaborative Sales Operations Analyst to support and optimize our sales strategy and execution. This role plays a critical part in enabling the sales organization through data-driven insights, process improvements, and technology enablement. As part of the Revenue Operations team, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that drive performance and business growth.
JOB DUTIES
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to enhance sales effectiveness through improved tools, analytics, and insights.
* Prepare, analyze, and interpret operational and financial results, utilizing internal and external data sources with an emphasis on impactful, actionable conclusions. Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and work cross-functionally across the organization to drive timely resolution, analyze sales and margin performance
* Improve selling results and overall efficiency within sales organization through behavioral change
* Own and manage sales data and reporting infrastructure (e.g., dashboards, KPIs, pipeline analysis, win/loss analysis).
* Provide performance insights and business intelligence to support strategic decisions across customer segments, sales channels, and product categories.
* Assist in forecasting, territory planning/optimization, and target setting, aligning with go-to-market strategies and business objectives.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives for CRM systems, reporting tools, and sales processes.
* Conduct root cause analyses and recommendations to drive revenue growth and improve sales productivity.
* Support onboarding and ongoing enablement of the sales team through training on processes, tools, and performance metrics.
YOU MUST HAVE
* 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar role supporting commercial teams.
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to turn data into actionable insights.
* Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to collaborate across departments.
WE VALUE
* Experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.
* Working knowledge of SQL or other data query languages.
* Familiarity with B2B distribution, technology, or electronics industries.
* Experience supporting a geographically dispersed sales team.
