Responsibilities
Lead a Sales Team to achieve sales target to meet Company KPIs.
Coach and manage sales team operation and employee disciplinary issues
Prepare and develop business plans, sales strategies and action plans for management's review
Partner with Product Development, Marketing and external vendors on marketable mobile solutions to increase revenue
Engage in override scheme to cater company's goal and objective
Conduct one-on-one review with all sales teammates to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of their sales performance
Adhere to all company’s culture, policies, procedures and ensure they are communicated and implemented within the team
Requirements
Diploma holder in Business Management or related disciplines
A minimum of 5 years of sales team management experience is preferred. Depending on the candidate’s experience, the title could be adjusted to Sales Director.
Strong business sense with good understanding of Telecom and or I.T. related business
Excellent analytical skill and business acumen
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English and proficient in Mandarin
Benefits
Salary plus override up to HKD100,000 per month.
