Senior Sales Manager (m/w/d)
Your tasks with us:
Passion for representing a dynamic hotel group with a strong passion from Premium hotels and an urban Premium boutique hotel with vibrant charm on the Italian Market and developing the segments Corporte & MICE within South Tyrol area
Being the main contact for local companies and MICE agencies interested in hip places to stay in Bozen – developing and managing of local, regional & corporate partnerships
Implementation and optimization of a general sales strategy for the hotel, creating and executing action plans for Falkensteiner Hotel Bozen across South Tyrol focusing on local MICE, event agencies and corporate segments
RFP handling
Establish parameters, quotes, and negotiate prices, confirming by written contracts
Finding new partners for Incentives and Sports groups (summer and winter)
Regular alignment with HQV Vienna for pro-active proposal of packages and promotions according to the hotel’s positioning and needs
Pro-active Key Account Management (total account management) and strategic client management in order to achieve sales targets and generate new business, including the negotiation and closing of contracts with main local MICE agencies and companies
Planning of and representation at trade fairs, workshops and client events
Organization of sales trips, sales calls and fam trips
Maintain accounts, contacts, activities, and business details within the appropriate software applications
Implementation and ensuring of sales data quality to drive meaningful and smart campaigns to increase overall revenue
Close observation of the market, trends and competitors
Responsible for the development and maintenance of the potential client's database
Providing growth through the promotion of private dining experiences, as well as exploring opportunities for conference & events, private parties, corporate functions, and more
What you bring with you:
5 years of experience in hotel commercial team and in proactive sales - preferably Bozen area
University/College degree in a related discipline preferred
Enjoy a modern lifestyle and passion for Premium lifestyle hotels
Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Great communication and presentation skills
Excellent command of MS Office and CRM software

Excellent knowledge of English, German is a plus
Based in South Tyrol (possibly Bozen)
Organise industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel and event spaces
Experience of managing own workload with minimal supervision; able to multi-task, effectively plan work, prioritise and meet deadlines

Payment is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry with the willingness to pay significantly more (depending on training and professional experience).
